Testimonials

  • Lino helped us land our first home. While our friends had told us to expect a tough market and to be ready for the long haul, Lino showed us the perfect place on the first weekend, and with his help negotiating the offer, we got it. He was very informative on the closing process, and always took our call day or night.

  • Lino Guidero is awesome! Really, what word better summarizes someone who is responsive, listens (to his customer's needs and interests), and learns to adapt what he presents, based upon new information provided. At no point during the search and buying process did I ever feel pressured to make a decision, just to get a sale. In fact, Lino would often recommend not pursuing a property (for reasons such as the area not being one that fit my personal lifestyle. the home being priced higher than homes of similar size, it just not feeling like a good value, the list goes on). Despite my challenging schedule (which involves a lot of travel), Lino was always willing to accommodate my needs and proactively provide information he thought would be helpful. I do not always buy a new home, but when I do, I will 100% use Lino Guidero again.

  • I honestly could not have been happier with my choice to go with Lino as my agent. As a first time homebuyer I had a lot of questions and concerns. Lino was able to promptly answer all my questions and seamlessly guide me through the process. He took extra care to find a home that fit me, my personality and more importantly my budget. Lino ended up finding me an amazing home on Whidbey Island, and was able to negotiate the price down substantially. He was in constant communication and made multiple trips to Whidbey Island. All and all was a fantastic experience for what could have been a very stressful process. I will be using Lino in the future and would highly recommend him to friends and family.

  • Lino was highly recommended by a friend of ours. His experience in both real estate and remodeling helped us find a great fixer. Lino is great and we would highly recommend him.

  • With the birth of our second child Mr. Guidero helped guide my wife and I in selling our home and to buy our new dream home for our growing family. Lino is very professional and knows the buying and selling process very well. His experience and passion showed at every stage of the process. He was also there for us as a friend and trusted advisor when the process got stressful and provided us with comfort that everything would work out. My wife and I are very particular and have over 30 years combined experience in sales and service. That said, I would trust no one else to help us through this process.

  • I was so impressed by Lino when we worked with him- he has all the attributes you want in a real estate professional (detailed knowledge of the area, trends, many local contacts, great insight on negotiating and going through the intricacies of the process). He knew how the market was moving in our particular area and could advise us when to wait, when to act, and what to pass up. Even more importantly to us was his manner; he was friendly, outgoing, easy to work with, and really LISTENED to what we needed and wanted as opposed to coming in with his own agenda. Not only did we appreciate that, but it worked to our advantage in communicating with other agents and owners- that manner and those people skills are something that can't always be learned- you either have them innately or you don't. Lino does. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

  • Lino in a very knowledgeable, professional and savvy real estate professional. He is supportive when he needs to be but also inserts his professional opinion when he wants to help one avoid making a mistake. His knowledge of the real market value of properties is invaluable to ensuring not overpaying for a property in this still quirky and somewhat volatile market. Lino helped us successfully purchase the exact property we were looking for at a very competitive price - only 6 months since purchase and Zillow predicts our market value is $20k higher than we paid! Love that! We had a great experience with Lino and would highly recommend him as an agent for any home buyer - whether this is your first of seventh purchase!

  • When compiling my wish list for my dream home everyone told me I would have to compromise. In a competitive market nobody gets everything they want, so I was told. Lino not only found the perfect home for my family he also negotiated a deal that was well below market value. Lino was extremely professional. He was always available, consistently turned stress into fun and provided honest feedback. If I were to buy another home Lino is my agent. When I sell my home I will use Lino because his negotiation and marketing is without parallel.
